Shipping Charges and Damaged in Transit -

Wall of Love Pty Ltd trading as Montmartre Concept Store takes no responsibility for incorrect address, or lost shipments.

In the event that an order is returned to us the consignee will be liable for a $15 AUD return fee for all domestic parcels, and a variable fee for all international returned parcels, in excess of any postage fees to re ship the parcel.

When your parcel is delivered you agree to check it for any damage within 7 days of delivery (excludes NSW public holidays), if any item was damaged in transit please keep all packaging that came with the parcel as these are essential in seeing how the shipping carrier damaged the parcel for compensation. 

Any photos or videos will help us to determine the issue. Please keep the damaged product and any damaged outer packaging as you may need to return it to us.


Please ensure to contact us ASAP about any issues with items once you receive them. After a few days, it is difficult to differentiate between user wear and tear and defective products. Products that have been used such as gripped, setup or skated on, cannot be claimed as damaged upon arrival, as by using them you accept in their state.

 

Duty, Tax, Freight Fees, Residential Surcharge -

Montmartre Concept Store takes no responsibility for excess freight charges including (but not limited to) Duty, Tax, Freight Fees, Rural Surcharge, Residential Surcharge, Redelivery fees etc. 

Note that all exported parcels do not incur in any sales tax charged by Radical Fingerboards, but may incur one of the following charges Duty, Tax, GST, VAT, Customs Clearance fee, upon arrival into the destination country.

 

Discounts -

All Discounts codes are available for use once per household / customer unless otherwise explicitly stated. If in any circumstance the website glitches and lets any customer use a discount code more then once, their order will not ship, and we will ask for the discounted amount to be paid back to us or the order will be cancelled.

 

Verification against fraud -

Due to a higher than standard level of fraud for products on our site, we and our Credit Card Payment Processing company have put a flagging system in place. If your order is flagged for any reason, you will be required to provide us Photo Identification, Proof of Address (for the shipping address), and a photo of the Credit Card used showing the customers Full Name, Last 4 Digits of the Card Number and Expiration Date.

If you pay via a verified PayPal account and your order is flagged, you will only be required to provide Photo Identification and/or Proof of Address at our discretion. If you are unable to provide these within 2 follow up emails and/or 7 working day your order will be cancelled, and we may at our discretion ban you from purchasing from our site.

 

  

PayPal Returns / Refunds - 3% Fee

Due to PayPal's business practices, we must pass on their 3% fee on all refunds.

Rather than put our prices up so everyone must bear this cost, we've decided to only include it if needed - on all Returns and Refunds via PayPal.
